Amy Hart has opened up about life in the Love Island mansion – in detail.
The 29-year-old joined the show in 2019 and has answered fan questions on TikTok.
When speaking to a fan who wanted to know what happened when the girls had their period in the mansion, Amy admitted that she was asked this question a lot.
With her hair and makeup on, the influencer said: “I’ve heard this so many times. I really don’t get what you think I’m going to say, it’s like we’re in quarantine in a quarantine. In another room, only black bikinis are allowed.
“We just got on with it, like you would if you were on vacation.”
Amy then reveals what she did while in the mansion.
“I personally ran my packs of pills together because I didn’t want to get my period while I was in it and the doctor said, ‘Yeah it won’t work’ and I said, ‘It will, it will. And it worked…until it didn’t.
“But yeah, you just get on with it,” she said nonchalantly.
Amy captioned the video: “I understand everyone is different and they will give allowances. I’m sure I’m just talking about my experience and that means we weren’t deported.”
In addition to health questions, the former flight attendant was asked about the show’s drinking rules.
It’s no secret that many Love Islanders enjoy the Spanish sunshine, but Amy says alcohol needs to be respected or people will get in trouble.
“It’s one drink on a typical night and then two if it’s a long night,” she explains.
“A lot of us don’t drink because what good is one drink?
“Some nights, we’re like, ‘we want to get drunk’ if it’s a stressful day or something. But when there’s big lines, I always think ‘let’s imagine that with a puff of alcohol’. , so I really don’t mind and, Other than that, there’s no hangover, which is fine.”
The star was then asked if the pitcher could give their drink away.
Unfortunately for the drinking hounds, Amy confirmed they couldn’t.
She said: “No, and they tell you on the first day that if you get caught giving your drink to anyone, people will be banned from drinking for five days, so you’ll make people disappointed. Don’t do it.”
Love Island continues at 9 pm every night on ITV2.
