Love Island bombshell Anna Vakili has opened up about her nightmarish butt lift surgery and how it nearly killed her.

The stunning brunette opted for a second Brazilian butt lift but quickly regretted it.

Anna and her sister Mandi flew to Turkey to have the surgeries done and revealed they were trying to be frugal and do it on a budget.

Speaking on the Sisters in the City podcast, which they co-host, the duo shared how they were bandaged and left in what looked like a horror movie.

Anna said on the podcast, “A Brazilian butt lift is a fat transfer where you take fat from other parts of your body and put it in your butt.

“When we first did it, it was really good. We went to a really good place in London, respected surgeon, recovery… good. Minimal scars.

“I don’t regret the first one. It made me feel better, it gave me more confidence.”

Anna then said, “We went too far when we did it again.”

Mandi chimed in, saying: “We ended up like Frankenstien. The second time we went we wanted a cheaper option so we went abroad. Do your research – if it’s cheap, it’s cheap for a reason.”

Explaining the situation further, Anna said: “The second time we did it, we went abroad to Turkey and me and Mandi thought we were going to die abroad. It was very scary.

“Within a day or two after our surgery, we were on the verge of passing out in a hotel room as there was blood all over the hotel room.

“It was like a crime scene, we both collapsed in the hotel room. Bandaged, bleeding… it was like something out of a horror movie.”

She then concluded: “So many people are dying. It’s one of the most invasive surgical procedures in BBL and one of the most complicated and dangerous, so don’t take the decision lightly.

“Without surgery, you have a body that isn’t full of scars.”

Anna starred on Love Island in 2019, entering the villa on day one before being sacked on day 52.

Away from the TV screen, Anna is a pharmacist and social media influencer with more than a million followers.

Earlier today, the former Love Island beauty took to Instagram to chat about the podcast episode in which she discusses her procedures.

Anna and Mandi Vakili show their incredible figures

Posting a sizzling snap of herself, she wrote in the caption: “I’ve been silent until now – but I’ve finally spoken openly about what surgeries I’ve had, any regrets/mistakes, my thoughts on the surgery and that we’re having one these days constant pressure to look a certain way.”

She added: “I’ve always been apprehensive about speaking out on this subject – but I sometimes wish I did certain things differently, so if my openness can guide someone in making this life-changing decision, then it’s for the best.”

“Everyone should do what makes them happy, as long as they’re doing it for themselves, have done their research, and are confident in their decision.”
