The stunning star became engaged to Dan Lawry last spring – a celebratory event that comes six months after the couple lost their second child to a late miscarriage at 19 weeks – a boy named Teddy.

Following the loss of Teddy and subsequent split from Dan, the 28-year-old has since undergone a complete overhaul of his lifestyle in an effort to achieve greater health and happiness.

She told the publication she feels like “old Jess again – but a better version,” all for healthy weight loss and focusing on herself for the first time in a while. long.

In October, the star started an eating plan called MuscleFood, which has seen her lose a significant amount of weight – seeing Jess go from 7lbs 12 to a slim 9 7lbs.

Revealing some information about her new daughter, Jess said new! magazine that it was still early days and the whole thing was “very unexpected.”

“Things are going well. I’m happy, I’m in a good place. But I feel like I don’t want to say too much at the moment because it’s such early days,” she told the magazine.

Jess then gave a glimpse of how their son is dealing with it all, explaining that she thinks he’s adjusted pretty well.

She added: “When I drop him off at daycare or he gets picked up [by Dan], I miss him. Everything was so quiet and I was like, ‘Oh my god!’ – it is very strange. But it’s also nice to have some time to yourself. It’s hard, but I hope it gets easier over time. “
