Michael Griffiths, 30, quit his job as a firefighter and is now a personal trainer and fitness fanatic.
Love Island’s Michael Griffiths has been massaging since his days on the dating show.
The 30-year-old has quit his job as a firefighter, is now a fitness trainer and is even bigger than he was on TV.
The tattooed fitness lover has shown off his incredibly sculpted physique to his 1.1million followers.
In one video, Michael was joined by Ex On The Beach star Ashley Cain, 31, and the pair performed synchronized backflips.
Referring to the 2008 comedy Step Brothers starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, Michael captioned the video, “Did We Just Become Best Friends?”
As the boys jumped around, Kaz Crossley, the 2018 Love Island star who works as a fitness and beauty influencer, cheered on them in the background.
Not only does he share souped-up snaps, but he also shows off his super-healthy diet and workout schedule.
In a 2020 interview, he told MailOnline he “held no grudges” against his Love Island ex Amber Gill – who won that year.
He was slammed by fans for dropping Amber in heated scenes for Joanna Chimonides.
“There’s no point in me holding grudges and what happened in the past happened in the past. If you hold on to it, it will only upset you more,” he said.
Amber was stunned after Michael returned from Casa Amor with another woman.
Michael admits he has “no regrets” about his time in the villa and is happy to remain single for the foreseeable future. He said: “I have no regrets from this point of view.”
“After Love Island, I found dating difficult. Now the way I see it, I just need to focus on myself and become the best version of myself I can be by focusing on work and my career.”
After his time on the ITV show, he moved to Essex from Liverpool, where he grew up.
He gained roommates Jordan Hames, Chris Taylor and Danny Williams.
The boys starred in MTV’s Living The Dream, a digital series filmed during the pandemic.
Michael revealed how he was trolled after leaving Love Island.

“I guess…when I first came out, I got quite a few death threats. People were telling me to kill myself,” he told the Daily Star.
“There have been people who have told me they know where I live and stuff like that and they will do things if they see me.
“But nothing ever came of it. I will not live my life in fear because someone is a bit of a keyboard warrior.”
