Lucy admitted: “Honestly, I forgot how demanding these first few weeks are!

“With Roman, I don’t have a two-year-old to take care of and I have nowhere to stay while he’s in lockdown. This time, it’s a different experience!”

She continued: “Feeding is still very filling especially in the evening BUT she sleeps from 11pm to 4am most nights that’s heaven.

“I remind myself that it’s going to be easier and enjoy this part without worrying about the laundry, if I’m going somewhere late or my diet is mostly cookies and cakes. bagels.”

Earlier this month, Lucy revealed that Lilah’s sweet name is of Arabic and Hebrew origin, meaning “subtle” and “night beauty”.

The couple are already parents to young son Roman Thomas, two, and Ryan has a daughter – Scarlett Thomas, 13 – from his previous relationship with Tina O’Brien, 38.
