M50 lanes reopened after a multi-vehicle collision

A section of the M50 was reopened this afternoon after a collision involving several vehicles.

Emergency services arrived at the scene after 4pm, which occurred on the southbound M50 between junction five near Finglas and junction six near Blanchardstown.

Motorists experienced delays as a section of the freeway was reduced to one lane as the collision blocked the right and center lanes.
