Major railway line in Sussex closed for roadworks

Southern services between Bognor and London Victoria and Thameslink trains between Horsham and London Bridge and London Blackfriars will be affected by the closure of train routes between Three Bridges and Pulborough on 13 November.

Replacement buses will operate between Three Bridges and Horsham and Pulborough all day on Sunday, while some rail services will operate between Pulborough and Bognor.

Services between London Victoria and Portsmouth Harbor operate but on a different timetable and are rerouted via Hove.

A spokesman for Govia Thameslink Railway, which operates both Southern and Thameslink services, encouraged customers to plan their journey in advance to avoid any major inconvenience.
