Two men have been charged after a man was kicked on the ground near a McDonalds.
Jaden Mildenhall, 18, of Coronation Cottages in Robertsbridge, and Alexander Curtis, 18, of Rother View in Robertsbridge, have been charged with actually causing bodily harm after the Wellington Place incident in Hastings.
Footage shared on social media shows a man on the ground being kicked while being shouted at by his attackers.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was initially hospitalized on the way home. He has since been released.
DC Karen Ticehurst, of Hastings CID, who is leading the investigation, said: “This was a particularly vicious attack in which one man sustained multiple injuries for which he requires ongoing treatment.
We welcome anyone who comes forward with additional information or footage of the altercation.”
