Man hospitalized after car crashing into tree in Sussex village
A man has been taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries after a car collided with a tree.
The 36-year-old man was taken to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester after a gray Peugeot 407 crashed into a tree on Plaistow Road in the village of Kirdford.
A police spokesman said the man suffered serious, potentially life-altering or life-threatening injuries.
Officials are looking for witnesses to the collision, which occurred around 9:05 p.m. on November 2.
Those who were driving in the area at the time, saw the car driving prior to the collision, or have any relevant information or dashcam footage are urged to report this by emailing Collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk and doing so citing Operation Byworth.
