A MAN has been jailed after a raid found drugs worth more than £1million.

A total of £154,430.22 in cash was also seized from the 27-year-old.
Lofty was arrested in May following a series of drug raids in Eastbourne, Hastings and London.

At Lewes Crown Court, Lofty, of Buckingham Road, London, was sentenced to ten years and eight months in prison after pleading guilty to involvement in the supply of cocaine.
Detective Sergeant Greg Montier said: “This is another positive finding showing effective collaboration between three police forces as part of our determination to disrupt those responsible for drug trafficking within county borders, which is having a major negative impact on local communities and local communities services has .
“Our primary focus remains on reducing the harm caused by drug trafficking, including drug deaths and the exploitation of vulnerable adults and children. We are putting more pressure on dealers every month.”
