A 68-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of a man in Storrington has been released on bail.
Detectives are still appealing for information following the death of the 49-year-old on the High Street on Sunday.
They’re particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has dash cam footage and drove down Old Mill Drive or Storrington High Street between 8:30am and 9:30am.
The arrested man has been released on bail until October 3 while the investigation continues.
Sussex Police said the men knew each other and there was no risk to the wider community.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Wolstenholme said the force is “open” as to the cause of death and a post-mortem will be conducted later this week.
Members of the deceased’s family continue to be assisted by specially trained officials.
“This is a tragic incident and while we will continue to investigate the circumstances thoroughly, I am very keen to resolve things as quickly and effectively as possible for everyone involved,” said DCI Wolstenholme.
“I would like to ask anyone driving near Old Mill Drive and the High Street on Sunday morning to check their dashcam footage and send us anything that might help with the investigation.
“At this point we are open to the cause of death with an autopsy expected later this week. I would like to thank the public for their continued support of this investigation.”
