Reports of unhappiness behind the scenes at Manchester United have been circulating all season and Nemanja Matic gave an insight into how nervous some players are

The Red Devils were beaten 3-1 arsenal at Emirates Stadium to put an end to it Champions League hopes. The Gunners created an early advantage after just three minutes when Nuno Tavares tapped home from close range after an unlucky United defense.
One then became two when Bukayo Saka converted from the penalty spot after being brought down by Alex Telles 32 minutes earlier Cristiano Ronaldo halved the deficit two minutes later. Granit Xhaka’s 70th-minute strike ensured his side would take all three points.
The defeat only brought more misery for United and Matic seemed fed up with being taunted by Arsenal supporters after being substituted in the 77th minute. The Serb was filmed facing the home fans and gesturing with three fingers, that’s how many times he’s won league titles in his career – by Chelsea.
He then pointed out that the supporter sitting in the stands had no league titles to his name – which wouldn’t have come as a huge shock to them. Matic’s small flare-up was met with sarcastic cheers from Arsenal fans, who found great humor in the fact that they had managed to irritate the midfielder.
The clip was viewed by thousands Twitter, with many comparisons between Matic’s tirade and Mourinho’s. The Portuguese manager managed the former Benfica star at both Chelsea and United and it seems his fiery nature has rubbed off on him.

Perhaps in his most iconic tirade, Mourinho demanded “respect” with three fingers raised. After a series of probing questions from the media, The Chosen One ended its press conference by saying, “Just to wrap up, do you know what the result was? 3-0, 3-0.
“Do you know what that means? 3-0, but it also means three Premierships and I’ve won more on my own than the other 19 managers combined. Three for me and two for them. Respect, respect, respect, respect, respect.”
The eruption of a United team doesn’t come as the greatest shock to many considering players have grown frustrated and unhappy at the club for one reason or another. Given the announcement earlier this week that Erik ten Hag was announced as the new manager, many would expect the Dutchman’s arrival could have lifted spirits at Old Trafford.
Although some players might not be particularly pleased to see a fresh face in the dugout, the current Ajax boss has made it clear that he intends to completely overhaul United’s squad and sign numerous players. Ralph Rangnik also added fuel Fire while hinting that up to 10 new arrivals will come in the summer, which will certainly mean certain fringe players are starting to weigh up where their future lies – Matic is said to be included in that group.
