ALBION defender Maya Le Tissier has left the club and made a permanent move to Manchester United.
Le Tissier has joined the Red Devils for an undisclosed fee and has signed a contract until the end of the 2024/25 season.
She spent four years at Albion after working her way up through the development path.
On joining United she said: “Coming to a club like Manchester United is very special for me.
We know you’ve been waiting for this 😉

“The club’s ambition and values suit me as a person and it’s a very exciting project to be a part of here.
“Today is a very proud moment for me and I can’t wait to put on the famous red shirt.”
The 20-year-old made her Albion debut in December 2018 in a 5-1 Continental Cup win over Crystal Palace and four days later her FA Women’s Super League debut against Chelsea.
She made 73 appearances for the club, scoring two goals.
Women’s First Team Manager Hope Powell said: “Maya is one of the best young players at WSL and we are very sorry that she is leaving. It was a privilege to play an integral part in their development.
“Her skill is matched by her hard work and dedication and she has always been a great role model for the younger players in our squad.
“We thank Maya for her contributions over the past few years and wish her well at Manchester United.”
