Pub In The Park takes place in Preston Park, Brighton this year from 16th to 18th September.
The three-day festival features live music, cooking demonstrations, shopping and other entertainment.
Musical acts taking the stage include The Human League, Basement Jaxx, Gabrielle, Spice Girls member Melanie C, Soul II Soul and DJ duo Freemasons.
Now the organizers have announced that Marco Pierre White is one of 20 chefs taking part in the event.
Marco, the first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, will co-host the festival’s Saturday afternoon, holding exclusive Q&A sessions and meeting and greeting festival-goers.
Hosts alongside Marco are celebrity chef Tom Kerridge and celebrity chef and Channel 4 Sunday Brunch host Simon Rimmer.
Jodie Kidd, model and pub owner, serves dishes from her award-winning pub menu.
Indian culinary expert Atul Kochhar and The Tanner Brothers will be in attendance along with Great British Menu winner Lisa Goodwin Allen, face of M&S Food’s Chris Baber and plant-based chef Sophie Gordon.
Chefs from other Sussex restaurants including Cin Cin, Riddle and Finns, Ox Block, Coal Shed and Burnt Orange will provide cooking demonstrations throughout the event.
Tom Kerridge of two-Michelin-starred restaurant The Hand and Flowers in Marlow serves pork belly taco with smoked cod and British steak and ale pie, served with horseradish creamed spinach and malt vinegar sauce.
“What an incredible menu from all the pubs and restaurants to accompany us on our very first show in Brighton,” said Tom.
“I know the chefs have worked hard and I can’t wait for you all to come and experience the amazing music, good times and amazing flavors.”
The festival will also feature a new ‘Live and Cooking Hub’ which will feature live entertainment for foodies throughout the weekend.
The festival will visit nine locations across the UK throughout the year including London, Tunbridge Wells, Warwick, Bath and more.
