Marilyn Manson has been sued by an unnamed woman, alleging that the shocking rock singer groomed and sexually assaulted her multiple times in the ’90s when she was underage.
His new lawsuit comes just days after Manson reached an agreement with Game of Thrones actor Esmé Bianco in her sexual abuse lawsuit against him.
The latest court documents list Manson – whose real name is Brian Warner – as a defendant, along with his former music labels Interscope and Nothing Labels, according to Rolling Stone.
Filed in Nassau County Superior Court in New York, the legal filing is said to include charges of sexual violence, intentional mental distress and negligence, among other charges against with Warner.
Sent anonymously by now-adult woman “Jane Doe,” she wrote that she was 16 years old when she first met Warner in 1995 after a concert in Dallas.

“While on a tour bus, Defendant Warner committed numerous sexual offenses against Plaintiff, then a virgin, including but not limited to forcible sex. structure and penetration of the vagina,” the lawsuit states.
It continued: “One of the band members watched Defendant Warner sexually assault Plaintiff.
“Plaintiffs are in pain, fear, discomfort, humiliation and confusion. After saying that, Defendant Warner laughed at her. … Defendant Warner then asked Plaintiff to ‘get off my bus’ and threatened Plaintiff that, if she told anyone, he would kill her and her family.

Before she left, Doe claimed a crew member gave her the band’s number and password so she could see Warner again.
The lawsuit then says that, shortly after the alleged sexual assault, Doe began using alcohol and drugs and continued to abuse drugs in the years that followed.
It went on to detail other accounts of Warner allegedly sexually abusing her when she was 16.
