Mario Kart 8 Wave 2 tracks have been revealed

NINTENDO has announced the eight courses that will make up the second wave of its Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC.

The first wave, which launched in March, featured eight new tracks, including Mario Kart Wii’s fan-favorite Coconut Mall.

Six waves of tracks will be released over two years.

This new wave will also feature eight new tracks spread across two cups.

The first new cup will be the Beet Cup, based on the throwable item from Super Mario Bros. 2.

This cup will feature a remake of New York Minute from Mario Kart Tour, Mario Circuit 3 from the SNES version, Kalimari Desert from the N64, and Waluigi Pinball from the DS game.

The second trophy revealed is the Propeller Trophy, based on the power-up first introduced in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

It includes the tracks Sydney Sprint from Tour, Snow Land from the GBA game, Mushroom Gorge from Mario Kart Wii and Sky-High Sundae.

Sky-High Sundae is an all-new track that will be available for the first time as part of the Booster Course Pass.

It is later introduced in the free-to-play mobile game Mario Kart Tour.

Nintendo will release six waves of DLC for Mario Kart 8 in the coming months through the end of 2023.

All waves are included in Nintendo’s online subscription service called Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass.

However, in order to play the additional tracks, players must own Mario Kart 8 Deluxe separately.

If you want to play but have not subscribed to a Nintendo service, you can also buy the DLC individually.

The DLC Booster Course Pass is available separately for £22.49/$24.99 and includes all waves as soon as they come out.

However, if the pass is purchased without an online subscription, players can only compete against AI players.

The second wave of DLC will be released a week from today, August 4th.

However, the DLC pass can be purchased today and will be automatically updated when the second wave is released.
