MARK Wright hired a McDonalds food truck to feed hungry builders at his £1.3million Essex home.
A crowd of workers lined up to buy burgers during the TV star and his wife’s construction break Michelle Keegan’super villa.
Work on luxury pile stopped when the 35-year-old star waved goodbye during a meal on a tray.
In an Instagram video, Mark eats a vegan McPlant burger while queuing at the window.
He added in a post on his feed: “Lovely little surprise for the boys on Friday afternoon.
“Nice to have the @McDonaldsUK McPlant van here to reward the boys for a day of hard work
“Really can’t believe this burger is actually vegan – tastes just like the Maccie’s we all know and love.
“It was co-developed with @BeyondMeatEU and is available ANYWHERE now, so go to Maccy’s and give it a try!! #AD”
Mark yesterday announced the newest addition to his pads – a great BAR.
He announced the opening by shooting down a Heineken in front of his construction workers on his birthday.
Joking about how the workers had gathered in the makeshift pub during their usual stay at home, Mark told his Instagram followers: “This is the first pint ever poured in the bar. bar.
“All the builders usually finish by 3:30. It’s 3.36pm now – just snap the camera back.”
Then he poured the bar’s first ale in front of them and said, “This is how you pour a pint. Happy birthday.”
The former reality TV star knocked back the foamy Heineken in one go.
He added later: “And to make it even better, I forgot, the day the bar operates is on my birthday, so there you go.
“What a way to spend my birthday, a pint in my new bar in my new house. Not finished yet but we’re getting there.”
Mark and Michelle bought their house for £1.3m but are about to turn it into a high-tech villa with security features.
The beautiful countryside has been designed like an elegant fortress and is equipped with a 360 degree motion sensor camera.
The couple often posts updates on the progress of the building on their Wrighty Home Instagram account.
The master bedroom, which Mark showed off on Instagram, has a private glass balcony so the couple can enjoy the view of the countryside.
Each of the hotel’s five bedrooms have a private bathroom, while three of them have dressing rooms.
They shared computer-generated images of the living room and spa area with its own bathroom, as well as the dramatic exterior.
