ONE MILLION people who starred in Married At First Sight Australia have been arrested for assault and stalking.
Justin Fischer – who broke up with Carly on the hit E4 show – appeared in court on December 26.
According to court documents seen by Daily Mail Australia, the 43-year-old man was charged with stalking and intimidation, as well as two counts of assaulting Andrew and Natalia Burton.
The 45-year-old has been released on bail until a date this year where there will be a formal plea.
Fischer has also been issued a temporary Violence Arrest Order on behalf of the alleged victims.
He was ordered not to “attack or threaten, stalk, harass or threaten” the couple or “willfully or recklessly destroy any of their property”.
In New South Wales, threatening or stalking carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
The divorced father-of-two – who appeared on MAFS Australia in 2018 – has mostly gone unnoticed since the TV test, focusing instead on his business ventures.
The Sun has reached out to Fischer for comment.
Justin was paired with marketing director Carly, 35, by MAFS relationship experts, but things certainly didn’t last long between the two.
The couple decided to opt out of the trial before a final decision was made.
For the past three years, Justin has kept his dating life private while he focuses on taking care of his two daughters.
Justin began dating MAFS co-star Ashley Irvin in 2018, but things didn’t last long.
