Sharing a wide-eyed, frowning selfie, Martine wrote, “Today’s vibe ‘Oh sh*t, b*gger, b*llocks and every other naughty word on the planet!’ I’ve had the worst gastrointestinal issue and I just can’t pull myself together for the last week or so…

“Up on the Lyme [lyme disease] and fiber [fibromyalgia] etc. I definitely think I’m going through menopause too… Oh Joy! I have symptoms two weeks a month and it’s getting worse!”

In 2011, then 34-year-old Martine was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), a condition that causes long-term fatigue and flare-ups after completing even small physical or mental tasks, and was later diagnosed with Lyme disease. a condition that can cause skin rashes, fever, headaches, and fatigue in 2017.

She also suffers from fibromyalgia, a condition that can cause chronic pain and cramps.

This is believed to be the first time she has spoken of being “peri-menopausal”, which the NHS explains as the time when women experience symptoms a few months or years before their period ends.

Martine joked that the phrase “peri menopausal” made her think of “peri peri chicken” from Nando’s.

“I keep wanting to say Peri Peri Chicken (like in Nandos) Anyone else? Or am I the only classy lady making that connection?” she joked. “It’s such an individual thing and I think it’s time for me to definitely address it!

“At least I managed to get a slap in the face today! That idiot is out! See you later, alligator!”

Martine’s post, which garnered more than 5,000 likes in just four hours, also includes the hashtags “feeling loopy,” “tired,” “achy,” “my best look yet,” and “next chapter,” as Martine tries to joke to do with their symptoms.

Martine paired her sparkling dress with simple nude stiletto heels and wore her hair in soft waves to complete her glamorous look.

She later thanked the series’ producers for making son Rafferty a “really cool mommy” who was “very proud” to have her judge the latest installment of the hit television series.
