The former EastEnders star took to social media to talk about how she’s going through perimenopause.

The 46-year-old actress, who has shared about her weight loss journey over the past year, revealed that she has started Hormone Replacement Therapy to help deal with her symptoms, which she says is a ‘person’. change the game’.
