Massive WhatsApp update for your iPhone and Android will change the way you text

WhatSAPP is finally ready to start allowing users to test a brand new feature borrowed from Facebook.
Message React is about to be added to some versions of the popular chat app.
If you’ve used Facebook, you’ll be familiar with this feature.
It is rumored to be coming soon WhatsApp Updated in a while, but it’s almost here.
According to WhatsApp executives at WABetaInfothis feature will be tested on beta app first.
“WhatsApp is getting ready to react to messages (secured with end-to-end encryption) in a new, upcoming update of WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS,” the blog reads.
It is expected to behave like Facebookwhich allows you to react to each message.
The tweet from WABetaInfo suggests reactions that include “like”, “heart love”, “cry with laughter”, “shock”, “tears”, and “pray” or “high year”.
The upside is that you’ll probably text less.
Instead of having to type an answer, you can simply react to something someone has said.
This could mean you’ll get more responses from hardcore naysayers who usually leave you to read.
WhatsApp is testing the feature in a beta version of the app – where changes are tested before going live to the rest of the world.
It works on Iphone and Androidso no one is left behind.
Sadly, it’s impossible to say how long it will take to roll out more generally.
But since it’s a fairly simple feature that has been tested on other apps, it could take a few weeks.
In any case, you can sign up for the WhatsApp beta below.
Or if you can’t be bothered, you can wait for the full general update – which could arrive later this year.
How to get the beta version of WhatsApp
To download WhatsApp beta for your smartphone, you need to go to Google Play on your Android and search for WhatsApp.
Scroll down the page until you see “Become a Beta Tester”.
Click the “I Join” button and then click “Join” to confirm.
Now all you have to do is wait for the update to the beta version of the app.
