The Guernsey defender is widely regarded as one of the brightest young talents in English football.
She signed a two-year deal last year and was Young Player of the Year for 2021-22.
Le Tissier, 20, wrote on social media: “Four years in Brighton through the ups and downs create special memories that will stay with me forever. For taking me in as a 16 year old that brought countries to a whole new environment. I am so grateful to my teammates, the staff, the fans and the club.
“I can’t thank my teammates enough, my family for a lifetime.
“To Hope (Powell, Manager) and the staff, thank you for giving me the opportunity and trust from a young age. I will never forget that.
“To the fans, your support never goes unnoticed, I loved playing in front of you guys and I hope you can see that every time I wear the shirt I’ve given you everything I had.
“Finally to the club, I wish you all the best for the future, thank you for everything.”
Le Tissier should be interesting for top WSL clubs.
