McDonald’s is bringing back Halloween Happy Meal trick-or-treating buckets

Halloween Happy Meals are available from McDonald’s starting Tuesday and include a fan-favorite “Boo Bucket,” a trick-or-treating bucket toy.

The buckets come in either an orange jack-o’-lantern, a green witch, or a white ghost as the throwback characters “McPunk’n, McGoblin, and McBoo” introduced in 1986. The buckets have been off the menu for 6 years. They are available from October 18th to 31st.

McDonald’s informed its 4.6 million Twitter followers about the campaign.

The move comes after McDonald’s first announced “Adult Happy Meals” last week. These come with either a Big Mac or 10 piece Chicken McNuggets along with an adult toy of the characters Grimace, Hamburglar, Birdie or Cactus Buddy.

The news drew attention on Twitter.
