MEAT Loaf blamed China for Covid-19 in a video recorded months before the Bat Out of Hell singer was reported to have died of the virus at the age of 74.
The rock legend filmed a happy birthday video for a crazy fan named Marty in early September when he was loose.
He said, “Marty, take care… I hope you can at least celebrate your birthday with your family.
“I know COVID is a drag and we all suffer because of it, and you can’t blame China, so it is.”
The I’d Do Anything for Love singer then went on to explain that his voice was hoarse because he had just returned from an endoscopy – a medical procedure that involves probing the digestive tract with camera.
“I can’t really sing right now because I’m under anesthesia today and I have a tube stuck in my throat – yes, an endoscopy this morning. Ugh,” he explains.
The Grammy Award-winning performer is said to be an outspoken opponent of the vaccination, muscle-locking and masking mandate.
The rocker suffered from a range of health problems, including asthma and an injured back.

The singing sensation passed away on Thursday night after it was reported he canceled a work dinner earlier this week as he was “sick” with Covid.
In the same interview – published last August after people worldwide suffered for months with draconian rules and lockdowns – Meat Loaf also put a mask on his face as a “disgrace”. nuisance” and said he was happy to “hug people in the midst of Covid”.

The official cause of Meat Loaf’s death has yet to be confirmed.
