Rodriguez has been named Vice President, Label Management while Aga has been promoted to VP, Internal Communications.
The label has also welcomed Trish Sterling as senior label manager.

In her new role, Rodriguez will lead some of the company’s key projects, it said.
She has worked on marketing campaigns for artists such as AWOLNATION, rock/hip hop artist Hyro The Hero, country rock name Cory Marks and California alternative reggae act Dirty Heads.

Aga joined the company in 2021 and led the board office of the CEO and Founder Allen Kovac.
Since joining the company, Aga has played a key role in organizing company-wide initiatives related to priority marketing efforts, and she will work to streamline the company’s internal workflows and people processes in her new role.
Trish Sterling previously held positions at Roc Nation, DefJam and downtown music before joining Better Noise in February.
Sterling will oversee major upcoming projects for BNM, including a 2022 album by rock band Five Finger Death Punch and a 2022 album by Mongolian rock band The HU.
