I know I’m not the only one who finds menswear trends as exciting as womenswear. I love watching shows and seeing what Fendi, Prada, Dior, and other fashion brands are doing to push menswear forward — oftentimes the genre is vilified for being a in more boring fields than in the vast fashion sector. Rest assured, the men’s autumn fashion trends for 2021 is designed to turn heads and attract attention.
The first of these three major trends can feel muted, but don’t underestimate the power of a good neutral! The head-to-toe toned look has been shown at Private Policy and Fendi, proving minimalism still beats maximalism in the world of menswear, but there are plenty of ways to spice it up.
However, if color is your thing, you’ll love this season’s bold outerwear trends. In addition to funky patterned knits, Prada sends pea coats down the runway in every shade, including traditional feminine pastels like pink and lavender. At Dior, the look is completed by yellow and orange jackets that stop the traffic.
Last but not least, one of my favorite looks of the season is turtleneck, accessory. Berluti and Hermes both sported a fitted cardigan, but Jill Sanders took it a step further by teaming chunky silver necklaces. If you’re still nervous about wearing jewelry, consider this the perfect way to test your look.
