Microsoft exec accused of watching VR porn in OFFICE – including ‘erotic pillow fight’ clip

A SENIOR Microsoft employee has been accused of viewing virtual reality porn in front of his colleagues.
Corresponding Business InsiderAlex Kipman watched online video of an “erotic” pillow fight between two women during a recent meeting.
Kipman is one of the top executives of the US technology giant and is tasked with driving its innovations in the computer field.
He remains with the company and it is unclear whether his employer took action against him after the incident.
It’s one of several allegations made as part of an investigation into improper conduct by executives at the US tech giant.
Dozens of sources told insiders that top executives’ misconduct is not being controlled, particularly at a group of so-called golden boys.

That’s despite Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella recently pledging to end the company’s tolerance of “talented idiots.”
Current and former employees allege that Kipman has repeatedly acted inappropriately towards women.
He is accused of unintentionally touching colleagues and in one case of watching VR porn at work.
An employee told Insider that the developer once saw a racy VR video in front of employees in the office.
The clip showed scantily clad women engaging in an “overtly sexual” pillow fight on a bed, the insider said.
A staff member who was present described the scene as “VR porn”.
Sources said the incident indicates a broader pattern of behavior among Microsoft’s top employees.
Verbal abuse and sexual harassment are reportedly rampant within the company.
Speaking to Insider, Microsoft refused to confirm or deny the allegations made against its employees.
The company said it is investigating such claims and will take action if a claim is substantiated.
Kipman did not respond to a request for comment.
This follows a report last year that said female employees at Microsoft were “groped and beaten” at work.
Microsoft was hit by a discrimination lawsuit in 2015, in which women at the company claimed they had been “ignored, abused or humiliated”.
It has also been claimed that male bosses fostered a “good old boy culture” where “abuse and toxic behavior” was accepted.
The lawsuit became public but exposed through newly unearthed internal complaints DailyMail.com revealed the scale of the allegations and the shocking claims made by female employees.
The allegations were enough from inappropriate touching to a female intern who claimed she was raped by a male intern.
It also includes employees allegedly being called “p***y” and “c***s” and former CEO Steve Ballmer branded as “our limp CEO.”
Microsoft founder Bill Gates is also accused of having a secret love affair with an employee.
