Mr Cody suggested that she turned down Mr Cody’s suggestion that she placed herself in the lap of one of the defendants and carried out a sexual act.

“No, he hugged me and moved me up and down,” the woman said.

“It will require some degree of cooperation on your part,” Mr. Cody said.

She denied kissing the car driver when she finally got out of the car.

When asked why in her free time she initially just wanted to go to sleep and not call security, as her friends insisted she did, she replied: “I don’t want my parents to know… because because I was stupid enough to get in a. car with people I didn’t know. I wasn’t raised… It sounds funny, but I don’t want to bring it home.”

During the event, she said that her parents were very supportive of her.

Mr. Hartnett said his client claimed he knew the woman’s name from their engagement on Tinder and Facebook.

“No”, the woman replied, “I’m waiting to find out [how he knew my name]. “

“I’ll suggest you that’s the way to do it,” said Mr. Hartnett.

“I don’t remember anything about it,” the woman said.

The fact that the woman could not explain why she moved from the back seat of the car to the front and back of the car was “remarkable”., Mr. Hartnett said.

“That’s not the most important thing,” replied the woman.

Mr Hartnett said there was no “inappropriate touching” of her when she was initially seated in the back seat.

“Yes,” said the woman. “That’s why I got in the front seat.”
