Tish Cyrus has reportedly filed for a divorce from her country singer husband, Billy Ray, ending their marriage of nearly three decades

Miley Cyrus’ parents Billy Ray and Tish have reportedly split for the third time when her mother filed for divorce.

After nearly three decades together, Tish, 54, has filed in Tennessee.

Documents claim the couple hasn’t lived together in more than two years, according to TMZ.

She cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation and calls on the court to distribute all of her marital assets equally.

The split marks the third time Tish and Billy Ray have ended their relationship.

The Achy Breaky Heart singer first filed for divorce in 2010 but changed his mind soon after.

Then, in 2013, it was Tish who ended their relationship, but the couple reconciled and ordered their lawyers to step down.

Billy and Tish are parents to five children together.

Their youngest, Noah, is 22, so the divorce (if it happens) will be a lot cleaner than the previous two attempts since the couple won’t have to make custody arrangements for their children.
