And in a serious conversation with the US company BetterUp, he argued that all companies should give employees time to build up their “mental fitness”.

Bosses should allot 15-minute periods of “whitespace” during the day, he said.

Despite his gilded LA lifestyleHarry said he’s not always able to do the things he “loves to do” because of the “stresses” he faces.

But he uses meditation and exercise to help cope when Archie goes to school and Lilibet takes a nap each morning.

“I knew I needed to meditate every day,” he says.

“There’s a lesson here. ‘I’m being learned by the universe. Next time that happens, I’ll be more resilient and can see a way around it to reach my end goal.”

And he says he uses visualization to “turn a negative into a positive” – ​​acknowledging it as his “superpower”.
