TODAY Minecraft Bedrock Edition released a small update with a big change.
The Allay is a new mob added in version 1.19 after winning a fan vote at Minecon Earth 2021.
This cute little angel will float around and collect more of what you give it. This makes them a great help for automated farms.
The only way to get them used to be by rescuing them from the cages around the Scavenger Outposts, but instead of breeding them like horses, you can now duplicate them yourself.
How Allay Duplication Works – Minecraft 1.19.10
The first thing you need to do is make a jukebox. This can be achieved by placing a diamond in the center of a crafting table and completely surrounding it with wooden planks.
Next, place your jukebox near an allay and insert any music CD. These can either be obtained in dungeon chests or by getting a skeleton for killing a creeper.
Once the music starts playing, the Allay should start dancing. Note that if you take out the music CD or if it moves too far from the jukebox, it will stop dancing.
While it’s dancing, give the Allay an Amethyst Shard. These shards slowly grow on each Amethyst block found in Rare Geodes added to the Underground in Minecraft 1.18.
If you did everything correctly, a heart will jump out of the alley and a second will appear. Both the original and new Allay have a 5 minute cooldown before they can be duplicated again.
Other Minecraft 1.19.10 changes
The llamas that spawn with Traveling Merchants have unique clothing on their backs.
That means the only way to get your hands on one is to wait for a traveling merchant to spawn, mercilessly slaughter them, and take the llamas for themselves.
Thankfully, this update adds a spawn egg for these unique llamas, so there’s another way to get them; even if it requires cheating.
Additionally, a number of bug fixes have been made in the Bedrock Edition, including a bug that caused the game to crash when The Wither was spawned
There are also some optimization updates that laptop gamers will enjoy.
