Molly-Mae Hague has revealed her boxing pal Tommy Fury will celebrate winning his latest fight by eating a mountain of burgers while the couple flies to America on vacation.

The social media influencer watched her Love Island 2019 runner-up win his eighth professional match against Daniel Bocianski on the undercard of his older half-brother Tyson Fury’s successful world title defense at Wembley against Dillian White.

Molly-Mae then announced the pair would be crossing the Atlantic, where Tommy looks forward to celebrating his win – with much glee.

Speaking about his love of burgers, the 22-year-old creative director of fast fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing told BT Sport: “We’re going on holiday to America for his birthday (Tommy turns 23 on May 7th). We are looking forward to it.

“He gave me a list of all the places he wants to eat. He’s really looking forward to the meal.

“His favorite things are burgers. Burgers will be literally everywhere.”

Fury, known in the ring as TNT, brought his Polish opponent to the canvas in the sixth round of their fight but had to settle for a points win as the fight went the full distance.

Although Molly-Mae has a ringside seat, she also revealed that she doesn’t watch Tommy box, preferring to watch his matches on the big screen.

“I’m not really watching him — I’m watching the screen,” she confessed. “It’s my way of dealing with it.

“Seeing him up close feels a lot harder. I see him on screen and it takes some of the stress off, but I have nail marks on my arm where they’ve dug in.

“It’s just awful. Honestly, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

“The fear of seeing your person in the ring isn’t pretty. It really isn’t.”

Molly-Mae and Tommy lost to Irish rugby players Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill in the Love Island 2019 final, but while the winners didn’t go the distance and split shortly after the show, the runners-up are now living together in Cheshire.

She expresses how happy she is that the couple can now spend more time together after the rigorous training program Tommy has been following since February.

Molly-Mae added: “I’m so proud and so relieved and I know he will be too.

“He’s been waiting for this moment for so long and now that we’ve got this win we can be a couple again because I feel like I haven’t seen him in two months so it’s going to be nice.”
