Gatwick Airport: Passengers with a delayed flight
This is the moment frustrated Wizz Air passengers were finally ordered off the plane after sitting on a runway for over three hours.
Tired passengers were left waiting on the runway at Gatwick Airport and “lost all their connecting flights” after hoping to fly to Bucharest, Romania, according to a disgruntled traveler.
Antonella Fagnano Kaliman captured the moment and uploaded the video to Twitter, where it quickly garnered a lot of attention.
In the video, Antonella can be heard: “People are getting off the plane, they had us here for more than three hours.
“No one does anything.”

She then pans the camera to where other passengers on the plane can be seen taking in the chaos and excitement.
Antonella continues: “We need help.
“The manager on duty spoke to Gatwick Airport and unfortunately they decided there was nothing they could do, which is totally illegal as Gatwick Airport is not allowed to hold luggage.
“They should be informed beforehand and tell the company that they don’t have enough staff to provide their services.”
“Disaster, disaster,” she is heard saying afterwards, before stating, “Worst airline ever.”
WizzAir responded to the video on Twitter, saying: “Hello Antonella!

“We apologize that you felt that WIZZ let you down on this occasion. We do our best to improve our customer experience and would love to hear more about where we fell short this time.”
An angry Antonella replied: “But your demands are never answered!! I need a phone number.”
A Wizz Air representative told the Mirror: “Unfortunately, agents have no insight into the specific reasons why flights are being cancelled…or what is happening at the airports.”
However, they reassured passengers that “if there is a cancellation/schedule change by wizz, passengers are entitled to a full refund – or a free rebooking”.

British airports have faced hell in recent days as BA and easyJet canceled over 150 flights from Manchester, Heathrow, Stansted, Birmingham, Leeds, Bradford and Bristol.
Brits face three-hour queues at these major UK airports, where queues snake around the outside of the airports in the early hours of the morning.
The ongoing chaos comes as Transport Secretary Grant Shapps calls for a meeting with aviation chiefs to find out “what went wrong” as millions of people face delays as they embark on half-term trips to coincide with the Platinum Jubilee weekend.
