Morning Traffic and Travel: Delays on M50 after earlier collision; Southbound port tunnel reopens

Motorists are warned of heavy traffic in Dublin this morning after a collision on the M50 and a breakdown in the harbor tunnel.
The earlier collision on the southbound M50 between Junction 4 Ballymun and Junction 5 Finglas has been cleared. However, traffic is still heavy on the highway between exit 5 Finglas and exit 7 Palmerstown.
At the Dublin Port Tunnel, the south tube was temporarily closed due to a breakdown but has now reopened as traffic is still heavy. Previously, the north well reopened following a closure to clear debris.
The tunnel will also be closed from 10pm tonight until 5am tomorrow morning.
