Motorcyclist, 30s, dies after single-vehicle crash in Wexford

A MAN has died after his motorbike crashed at Kerlogue, Co Wexford this afternoon.
Gardai rushed to the scene of the single-vehicle crash on the R730 at Kerlogue at round 1.45pm at present.
The motorcyclist, a person in his 30s, was pronounced useless on the scene.
The street was closed to the general public to be examined by Forensic Collision Investigators however has since re-opened.
Gardaí are interesting for any witnesses to this collision to return ahead.
A spokesman stated: “Gardaí attended the scene of a deadly single car street visitors collision involving a bike that occurred at roughly 1:45pm on Wednesday, ninth February, 2022, at Kerlogue, Wexford on the R730.
“The motorcyclist, a person aged in his 30s, was pronounced useless on the scene.
“The street was closed for a technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators however has since re-opened.

“Gardaí are interesting for any witnesses to this collision to return ahead.
“Any street customers who might have digital camera footage (together with dash-cam) and have been travelling within the Kerlogue space on the time of the collision are requested to make this footage obtainable to Gardaí.
