Motorcyclist seriously injured in Goodwood crash
The police are investigating after an accident in which a motorcyclist was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
The accident happened between a motorcycle and a van at the New Road roundabout near Goodwood at around 9.45am this morning.
The motorcyclist is in the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The van driver was not injured in the crash.
Roads were closed and police thanked the public for their patience while the incident was being dealt with by emergency services.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to report it to Sussex Police online or on 101 or by email: Collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk, citing Op Klaxon.
