Much-requested loadout drops return to Warzone 2.0

Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 developer Raven Software has announced that the fan-favorite Loadout Drop has returned.
A loadout drop used to be a legacy feature of the original Warzone, allowing players and their team to use custom loadouts in place of the weapons looted in the battle royale.
While loadout drops spawn randomly in the game world, purchasing a loadout drop grenade from a Buy Station allows you to request a drop on demand.
The lack of on-demand loadout drops in Warzone 2.0 was originally deduced as a design decision to force players to be more thorough when cleaning up.
But it seems that Raven has slowly changed course towards the old meta and the preference of veteran players, but not necessarily new players.
The cost of a loadout drop depends on whether you’re playing in solos, duos, trios, or quads. Raven outlined the various prizes in the following tweet:
Loadout Drop Grenades are currently enabled in Battle Royale for players to purchase through Buy Station.
Prices below:
Solos – $8,000
Duos – $16,000
Trios – $24,000
Quads – $32,000– Raven Software (@RavenSoftware) December 20, 2022
