Munster confirms signing of World Cup winner and former All Black Malakai Fekitoa

MUNSTER has announced that World Cup champion Malakai Fekitoa will join them from Wasps for next season.

Center Fekitoa, 29, won the 2015 World Cup in England with the All Blacks before moving to Europe with Toulon in 2017 and then Wasps.

But he will move to Thomond Park in July after agreeing a two-year contract with Munster.

Fekitoa scored eight goals in 24 appearances for New Zealand before moving to the Northern Hemisphere with Toulon, and recently switched allegiance to his native Tonga.
