What is team news?
Eleven players have been released from camp in Ireland to their provinces to watch minutes of play in this weekend’s United Rugby Championship with Craig Casey and Gavin Coombes returning to Munster.
Another good news for Johann van Graan, player Roman Salanoa is not currently requiring surgery on his injured ankle, as he continues his rehabilitation.
Springbok center Damian de Allende (abdomen) has stepped up his injury recovery but he will not be available for the clash with the Dragons.
Full-back Matt Gallagher has a mild calf strain and will be evaluated throughout the week. Jack Daly injured his ankle in practice last week and is currently on leave.
RG Snyman (knee), Jason Jenkins (abdomen), Liam O’Connor (knee), Thomas Ahern (thigh) and Keith Earls (thigh) remain sidelined.
Munster has also signed Shannon scrum-half Aran Hehir for the cover.
