My Alexa is “haunted” by a ghost and keeps turning the lights off

A TIKTOK user recorded bizarre behavior from Amazon Alexa.

Amazon Alexa owner suggests the device was possessed by something paranormal.

But the viewers are not so sure.

The video shows Alexa repeatedly saying “she’s here” as a light in the room flicked on and off.

It is as ambiguous as it is threatening.

You can hear the person recording say, “Dude, what’s up? That’s so creepy.”

Some viewers believe it was simply a creepy stunt performed by the TikTok user for views.

Though it wouldn’t be the first time people thought a genie was trying to communicate through the popular smart speaker.

A similarly chilling video circulated on social media last year, showing the voice assistant asking for an unknown person in the early hours of the morning, to the surprise of a sleepy man.

“She was my wife,” says Alexa out of the blue.

“Who was your wife?” The owner responds after being woken up by strange popping noises.

“You took her from me,” Alexa continues.

“I didn’t take anyone with me,” the guy replies.

“Who? tell me who you want

“You got the wrong person.”

Alexa adds, “I found her here.”

The voice assistant then starts a repeated disturbing laugh before the man finally decides enough is enough and unplugs the device.
