My dad is a terrible boss who does NOT take time off and says I’m weak from complaining

A WORKER has revealed that he is forced to work ten hours a day at his father’s restaurant with no respite and is frequently accused of being “weak”.
The disgruntled son believes he has been taken advantage of by his father’s antics and is now pondering over spending time with his job.
The Reddit user explained that he moved back to his hometown to pursue his dream culinary career.
But things quickly took a turn for the worst as his need for change increased and he was forced to work longer hours.
This user said: “I started working 3 to 11 hour shifts for 3 months, which is normal in my area, but now my father, restaurant owner and chef has given us work 10 hours a day.
“They removed our only day off which was Sunday and they said it would be for 45 days.
“I can’t handle it.”
The desperate son added that he was being stretched to the limit as his father encouraged him to prioritize money over welfare.
“I tried my best and sometimes, when we worked eight hours, six days a week, I did really well.
“But now my dad says that I am weak and that having time to rest is not as important as making as much money as possible.
“How do you see this situation?”
The post received several comments – with many encouraging workers to stand up for their rights.
One user wrote: “No, you are not wrong. If you need the rest, you need the rest, and you need the rest.
While another second added: “I know it’s your dad, but maybe I quit. what he’s asking is unreasonable.
“Find another job somewhere else because your dad doesn’t respect his employees.”
EMPLOYEE WISHES
A family feud drags on the woes of a desperate co-worker, whose boss complains that she’s “70 years behind”.
Posting on Reddit, the employee described the incident that caused her to quit her job, seeking advice from other web users.
She explained that she was the only employee at a pet kennel and said that the center is especially busy this time of year.
She added that there are two sides of the crib that she intends to pull down but admits she only had time to finish the right side after she cleaned and fed the cat.
At the end of her shift, she said her boss was unhappy with her performance and repeatedly made comments about how “he doesn’t understand how a 70-year-old can do it.” what I do plus the downsides”.
The employee claimed that she tried to explain that she didn’t have enough time to get the job done, but said her boss was “frustrated” with her.
