My date sued me after I threw his $30 sweatpants

Do you HAVE to sue someone for more than a $30 pair of pants?
A man who allegedly went to small claims court after his date borrowed a pair of sweatpants and then threw them away.
Cheyenne Adler shared a social media video explaining her story of the day of the disaster in New York City.
Adler testified that she borrowed a pair of sweatpants from a guy while at his house, and then wore them home.
After realizing she was on her period and dirtying her sweatpants, she decided to “throw them off”.
In a comment, Adler noted how cheap the pants were, saying they were “just like $30 sweat!”
A few months later, the two went their separate ways, but little did she know that it wasn’t over yet.
Adler allegedly was sued in small claims court over the tights.
One comment on the video said, “I’m surprised the court didn’t just laugh at his case, anything below a certain amount isn’t worth pursuing.”
Another said, “He probably costs more to file a lawsuit than the sweat is worth.”
And one user even advised, “for future reference, hydrogen peroxide helps remove blood stains,” to which Adler replied, “22 years old myself think tossing them is the better option, obviously. is not.”
Adler continued her story with a longer, more detailed sit-down explanation.
Adler claims that her date never asked about the sweatpants while they were talking, but when they broke up, she said he wouldn’t stop communicating with her about them.
The woman decided not to respond to him, as she said: “He’s a little weird with these tights and that freaks me out.”
Six months after they broke up, he texted her a photo of a court document saying she was being sued for small claims.
“I don’t think it’s really important to tell him (about the stain) the first time we went out together because it’s embarrassing and who wants to tell someone that?” Adler said.
Allegedly, Adler said she never even knew there was a case against her, so she assumed the man won because she wasn’t present.
Adler said at the end of his video: “All in all, more than a $30 pair of Nike sweatpants.
In another disastrous date story, a woman shared how her friend got her first date in Toronto. where men constantly get up from their desks to flirt with another table full of girls.
