The man shared his story on a website where people Can you ask for advice? about how to deal with bosses, colleagues and employees.

He said his wife was 12 weeks pregnant with their first child when he announced the pregnancy. The man managed a small staff of nine.

One of his employees became upset after overhearing that the couple had chosen a name to use when she had a baby.

“We chose a name that can be given to either a boy or a girl and is meaningful to our family,” the man said.

What’s even more strange, according to the man, is that the employee is not pregnant. Still, even when she said, “I don’t see why our use of the name means she can’t,” he said.

Since learning of the future child’s name, the man says his staff have been cold and “irritable” to him.

“She won’t talk to me unless she has no other choice and some of my other employees have come in because she is telling everyone who works here that I am such a bad boss. any”.

Even so, the man said the staff continued to complete all of their work, arriving on time and being professional with customers. He doesn’t know how to deal with her because her job is “on par”.

The site allows other users to leave comments and offer advice. A user named Elisabeth wrote: “People are weird about name sharing these days. No one will care that baby Aidan shares the same name as the son of his mother’s boss. How soon will it even appear?

“I remember the days when there were five Jennifers, three Chrises and two Matts in every classroom AND WE HEAR IT.”

Another user named Stitch said their son has the same name as their colleague’s son. “We were even on the same team. No one cares!”

“And THIS is why you waited to announce a name for the baby when it was born, friends!” indicates a user giving advice.

One person said the original poster should take a closer look at the employee’s work and relationships with the rest of the team.

“I absolutely cannot believe that a person with this strange and irrational mindset would function in a completely normal, efficient, cooperative manner in every other aspect of the job.

“She is working so hard to create drama rather than nothing. That level of ferocious imaginary victimization had to be all over the place. “

Another told the poster to hint the employee about her “passive aggression”.

“She could be made to pack or pack it.”

Although he is not pregnant and has no immediate plans to have children, the man said the staff member became angry and now behaves coldly and'sulks' at him.
