Loose women: Nadia Sawalha reveals she suffered a miscarriage

Nadia Sawalha kept her miscarried fetus in the freezer after heartbreakingly lost her baby.

The Loose Women star spoke about her own experience of having a miscarriage on today’s show, as the panel discussed the horrific loss of Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez.

Nadia has been public about her miscarriages in the past, explaining in the past she “wish she knew the phrase ‘rainbow baby'”, as she shares: “Bridge its rainbow, beauty after darkness and storm.”

Speaking on ITV’s Loose Women today, she said: “And the loss was horrible and my last miscarriage before Kiki was very difficult and I actually went into labor at home with Mark and had a pregnancy. thai and it’s like, what do i do with this.

“It’s almost like, I can say this, it’s a baby. But I’m really lucky because I’ve shared it with my family and I don’t know what to do.”

She added: “This may come as a shock to some, but I know a lot of people who have contacted me in the past and said they’ve done the same. Because I didn’t know what to do. so I put it in the freezer because – what do I do?

“This is my baby, even though it’s very small. We buried it and planted a tree and that really means a lot to me.”

Nadia feels lucky to have the support of family and friends during her time of losing her baby.

“From the moment I found out I was pregnant, I made plans,” she said as she went public with her family and friends about her loss. ? ‘ as if it were a week or a few months, it makes more sense, because meaning is there the moment you’re excited when you’re pregnant. Also I was pregnant which means I can share the loss with them too. “

Nadia has had three miscarriages and she admits she was previously grateful to have so much support.

“If we really think about it, why don’t we tell people? Sometimes it’s superstition, if we tell people something will happen,” she shared in one previous program.

“It’s really hard to have that conversation, I got a huge amount of support after I got the second and the third one, this is the hardest thing because it’s so much later.”
