Samsung is keeping the results tight on its new model.

But details about the new handset are leaking thick and fast – including Netflix.

The streaming app maintains a long list of mobile phones and processors that support Netflix.

This list is updated regularly with new models and chips.

Now it’s a technology site Developer XDA discovered that Netflix is currently supporting the Exynos 2200.

Exynos is the name for Samsung’s own processor – the same way Apple create A-chip for Iphone.

The Exynos 2200 has been announced by Samsung, but it’s yet to appear on any phones.

In January, Samsung announced that it would hold a major launch event in the next few weeks.

It then confirmed that this Galaxy Unpacked rollout will take place on February 9th.

Samsung has yet to confirm exactly what will be on display, other than a premium Galaxy smartphone.

This unnamed device is expected to be called Samsung Galaxy S22.

And it is almost certain that this phone will be powered by the new Exynos 2200 chip.

The Galaxy S22 is expected to be a major rival to the iPhone – with the cutting-edge technology on the market.

Journalist Evan Blass – known for leaking mobile news on Twitter like @evleaks – shared images of the device.

Samsung is expected to launch three phone models, including the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The latter is said to be intended to replace the now-dead Galaxy Note series.

That means it will likely include Samsung’s S-Pen stylus as standard.

The flagship model is also expected to feature a 6.8-inch QHD AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

All three models are expected to include the Exynos 2200 4nm chipset.

And Samsung will likely equip all new Galaxy S22 models with powerful cameras, including the 100x “Space Zoom” feature on the Ultra model.

Samsung hasn’t confirmed much about the new phone officially.

But we’ll hear more about it during the free watch Galaxy Unpacked event.

The Sun tech team will be covering the news live as it happens, so check back February 9 for everything about Samsung.
