New 50p coin commemorating BBC 100th anniversary launched by Royal Mint

The Royal Coin has unveiled a new 50p coin, created to celebrate the BBC’s centenary, which will feature an image of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The 50p coin can be purchased from the Royal Mint’s website for £11.
