Nikita Mazepin was reportedly dropped by Team Haas before the new one formula 1 Season.

Since then, the spotlight has been on the Moscow-born driver’s immediate future on the circuit Russia ‘s invasion of Ukraine which has been raging for more than a week.

While FIA Mazepin had given the green light to compete under a neutral license, it was confirmed on Wednesday that all Russian license holders would be forbidden from competing in the UK, which excludes him from the celebrated British Grand Prix.

“If there is a Russian driver in F1, what does that have to do with Russia being at war? There is no relationship there. The Russian athletes have nothing to do with this conflict.

“They don’t belong, and they’ve never been there. They just happen to be Russians.”
