Nineteen bedroom Bognor house sells for over £1million

A HOUSE has sold at property auction for over £1million.

The 19 bedroom property on Albert Road, Bognor was purchased for £1.051m and consists of two interconnected four storey buildings.

Richard Paine, Senior Auction Advisor and Auctioneer at Clive Emson Auctioneers, said: “The fact that this lot has sold for over £1million shows that there are quality investors out there when the right items become available.

“We felt this was an excellent investment opportunity. Our bidders certainly agreed – and it may well be an opportune time to bring similar properties to market.”

The shared apartment includes several rooms that can be rented separately with integrated kitchen facilities, shared toilets and showers, and a laundry room.

The property also includes two studio apartments on the ground floor. All rental apartments have either a balcony or a terrace at the back.
