9 Clues: The Secret of Serpent Creek (Artifex Mundi, 1st Apr, £13.49 / €14.99) – 9 Clues: The Secret of Serpent Creek is an original hidden-object puzzle-adventure game, featuring a totally unique Detective Mode. This thrilling mystery merges elements of classical horror and gritty, 50’s-style noir. A paranormal private investigator is contacted by her friend, famous reporter Helen Hunter, whose voice sounds small and terrified in the voicemail. She is in the coastal town of Serpent Creek, and needs help immediately. But upon arriving in Serpent Creek, the detective finds no trace of Ms. Hunter. Weirder still is the fact the town’s streets are crawling with snakes, and the citizens seem to be sleepwalking through life. The ground shakes with violent tremors. When investigating Serpent Creek, the detective will perform true investigative work: finding clues and combining them to learn the secrets of every crime scene in the all new Detective Mode!
Aaron – The Little Detective (Asylum Square Interactive, 2nd Apr, £8.99 / €9.99) – Who doesn’t love them? The small and detailed hidden object pictures that challenge children to find certain items. They have been proven to promote children’s perception and language progression. Aaron – The Little Detective can be played by children of any age. Thanks to the voice output, even toddlers are able to explore the hidden object pictures on their own. They do not need to be able to read to have a sense of achievement. Concentration and attentiveness are taught in a playful way. Incidentally, a study conducted by the Singapore Technological University proved the fact that hidden object games increase the understanding of spatial perception in memory. In addition, visual search skills were noticeably improved. The game can also be used to support language learning. Simply select the desired language in the settings and start playing. COSPLAY LOVE! Enchanted princess (iMel, 31st Mar, £7.94 / €9.54) – ★Story The protagonist who works for the company that designs accessories, lately he felt a dead end in his work. In the beggining of his carrier he was pretty happy that he was assigned to the Product Design Department, but his design has never been adopted. One day, he decided to join the event of all and only about cosplay goods, 『Time`s Aegis -Another Mission-』 as a common participant, in order to remenber the origin of his own making of goods and decorations of subculture. That is where he met this gorgeous girl in a highly complete cosplay costume, and got a chance to talk. The conversation heated up with the girl who looks just like the ideal of all anime freak, but his ties with her are supposed to severe at the finale of the event. Super Clown Lost Diamonds (Nerd Games, 2nd Apr, £8.49 / €9.5) – Super clown’s mission is to find red magic diamonds at every level. The game consists of 25 fun levels with different themes like space, snow, medieval etc. See the Evil flying golem and his army, which consists of enemies like: immortal skeletons, shooting cannons, virus slimes, wombats and evil blue dragons, everyone of those is protecting the red diamonds.
