Nintendo wants to know what Switch “groups” you’ve created since the last firmware update

Earlier this week, Nintendo released a major firmware update that brings the software to version 14.0.0. The talking point of this update is the ability to now group software together. While it’s not exactly the folder feature that fans have been requesting, it should make navigating your game library a little easier.

Now that the update is a few days out, Nintendo has launched the call on social media to find out how Switch owners are using the new feature and what groups exactly people have created:

As you can see in the screenshot above, you can use Groups to create all sorts of categories from Mario, Zelda to Pokémon. Here’s an overview of exactly how folders work, in case you missed the original announcement:

And here are the official patch notes for this update. Nintendo also made some adjustments to Bluetooth audio on the system:
